sugar confectionery and dairy products, we are also importers of frozen

Mr. Joe Sullivan Established towards the end of 1993 as a subsidiary of Tessons Limited, Aquatess Limited is active in the bottling of mineral water, juices and energy drinks with common popular brands like Bella Mineral Water, Samba juices, Spark Cola and Swish energizers. Using natural spring water, all contents are bottled and sold in environment friendly PET bottles which when consumed can be easily recycled. Investing more than US$1.5 million in modern PET technology, the company succeeded in beating other much greater local companies in being the first in Malta to adopt this type of bottling procedure which is in complete conformity with EU standards. Breaking into an already saturated market Aquatress Limited has managed not only to increase its turnover from US$750.000 to US$1.25 million over the initial span of three years, but also to start exporting its products. Feedback from recent test-marketing of new products has been extremely positive indicating a further increase in turnover for the forthcoming year. It is being envisaged that production might even treble over the next few years. The distribution network of Aquatress Limited encompasses more than 1500 outlets over the Maltese Islands, including hotels, catering establishments, supermarkets, bars and clubs. |
